As an Assistant Manager in our Corporate Tax team you will have ample opportunity to broaden your experience and knowledge across the wider business tax area. Your role will be truly varied involving a range of tax advisory areas including M&A, transfer pricing, restructuring and entrepreneurial work. This means you will have the opportunity to enhance your generalist technical skills and knowledge.

As an Assistant Manager you would be assigned your own portfolio of clients which will allow you to take ownership of your workload, whilst delivering great service to a variety of businesses.

The role involves:
•Providing tax technical advice on a variety of projects, which could include cross border transactions, large scale restructuring, transfer pricing and M&A
•Review of UK corporation tax returns
•Calculation of tax provisions for inclusion in financial statement
To be considered you must possess:
•ACA/CTA Qualification or equivalent qualifications or experience
•Experience of advising clients on UK corporate tax issues. We would also accept applications from qualified individuals with experience of other disciplines (eg audit) in a Big Four environment
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Experience of assisting in developing and maintaining client relationships
