This role has particular emphasis on equity based incentive plans from a tax and regulation perspective. You will be tasked with assisting a broad spectrum of clients with their incentive plans, devising them and consulting on remuneration strategy.
Min 5 years working with incentive plans is essential coupled with experience in managing a team in a consultancy setting. In return you will have the opportunity to enjoy a challenging role, one which will allow you excellent merit based promotion prospects.
