Controller - Controller (Head of Business Unit) - Zurich
For our client in the heavy manufacturing industry we are looking for a head of controlling. This position is a global role with a Swiss listed company focused on manufacturing. This role will be located in the global HQ in Zurich and cover production facilities globally in Europe and Asia.
Responsibilities of the role
- Manage all Controlling and Finance matters
- KPI development and implementation
- Reporting to the global CFO
- Interacting with key stake holders in the company (business partnering)
- Leading the personnel in the finance and controlling teams
- Strategic analysis of data to direct the business
Requirements
- Fluent in English and any other European language is an advantage
- Solid back ground in a financial position ( business/financial controlling, FP&A)
- Ability / desire to lead a team
- Back ground in the industry is a preference but open to all experiences
