A rare opportunity for a talented tax professional to join a top ranked US law firm in their London Office. This is a truly exceptional opportunity for a tax lawyer to join a well-established tax department which enjoys a market leading reputation with clients. You will undertake a wide variety of work and support the Partners in continuing to build the business. Unlike many US firms the working culture is very different and affords the opportunity to enjoy a better work-life balance.
You will work on a broad range of Corporate Tax related work including; M&A, Transactions, Funds, Real Estate and the corporate tax aspects of ultra HNWI clients. The setup of this firm and experience of the lead Partners will result in you working across numerous jurisdictions and travelling when needed. The successful candidate will be a UK qualified tax lawyer with 3 to 6 years PQE.
