My client is a pre-eminent US powerhouse that is one of the most profitable and successful firms in the world. Their powerful tax department has instructed us to search for a 2-3 PQE solicitor to handle a high quality diet of banking, financial services, and real estate work and importantly to be a future partner.
The Role:
Working as part of a small but focused team you will advise FTSE100 and Fortune 500 groups on highly complex, cross-border matters to include
• M & A and transactional support
• Corporate re-organisations
• Capital market and financing
• Real estate transactional support
• Cross border joint ventures
The Person:
You will be an extremely capable tax lawyer with a first class brain currently working for a Magic Circle or Top Tier Silver Circle firm looking to move to a smaller more collegiate environment where you work the same hours for considerably more money and importantly enhanced partner prospects.
In addition you will possess the following attributes:
• Ideally Oxbridge educated, 2:1/1st
• Magic Circle or Top Tier Silver Circle training
• Wide exposure to banking/financial services and real estate
• Desire to become a partner in the future
• Strong commercial awareness
The Package:
£85-100,000+bonus
