Due to a period of exciting growth culminating in the opening of a London office later this year they are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Business Tax Director to enhance the business based in either London or Cambridge. This newly created role will become a member of the Executive Team and will be key in developing and defining the Tax services offered.
Given the increasing scope of services offered by this expanding firm, it is essential that the new recruit is able to deliver growth across the business client-base. In addition to handling the firm's business tax compliance, applicants must be able to demonstrate business-delivery in areas such as Corporation Tax consultation, including share exchanges, options, R&D tax-planning, transfer pricing and group structure advice.
