One of the largest law firms in the world that is renowned for recruiting world class individuals is seeking a corporate tax lawyer to work in their London office. With a fantastic array of clients which includes many FTSE 250/ fortune 500`s this will be an exciting opportunity to develop your career with a reputable and diverse firm that will add value to any CV.
You will work amongst the best advising on all aspects of corporate taxation. You will be required to provide transactional advice and planning on acquisitions, disposals and mergers of businesses. Other services will include structuring corporate reorganizations, tax planning and advising on tax aspects of commercial projects, including joint ventures and Llp's.
You will have at least 2 years PQE experience, possess fantastic interpersonal and communicative skills and be keen to develop your career. Ideally you will have at least a 2:1 degree and have trained at a City law firm.
