A well-established and respected active Fund Manager is currently looking to hire a commercially astute Tax Manager.

Reporting directly to the Head of Tax you will be able to adapt well to a range of challenges focused on advisory work around the Investment Products and must be happy dealing with unexpected queries and challenges from across the business. The role will also give you a significant involvement in Product Structuring and Development. Further responsibilities will cover Prospectus wording, Transfer Pricing and efficient structuring of the business which is growing internationally; particularly in the Far East. You will also be involved in Tax advisory work for new Products and a familiarity with OEICs and SICAVs is important.

You must bring a strong Advisory background in the equivalent of a BIG 4 Practice Firm or Asset Manager and have an understanding of International Fund Management Taxes.
