Ideally you will be an Enrolled Agent or CPA and have experience working at Assistant Manager level. Although the work is overseen by a Manager / Senior Manager, it is essential that you will have the ability to work as part of a team and in a managerial position.
You will be exposed to a mixture of advisory and compliance services with an essential part of your work being based around providing a high level of customer care.
