Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm in the Caribbean to appoint a number of Audit Seniors to its Caymans office for a September/October 2012 start date. You will be fully qualified and have previous Audit experience in a practice firm.
The Role
As an Audit Senior in the Caymans you will specialise in External Audit within the Financial Services industry, and within Caymans this industry dominated by Asset Management sector clients. This role will ensure that you will become on Offshore Financial Services Audit specialist, though most the experience you will gain will be within Asset Management you will also be exposed to Audit within Insurance & Banking.
You will supervise multiple concurrent engagements with professional staff and direct the preparation and completion of reports, accounts and financial statements. You will ensure assignments are run within budget, time and resource requirements plus mentor assistants by counselling and assisting them in the management of all aspects of their work lives and in obtaining their career objectives
The Candidate
• You must have at least 3 years External Audit experience from within an accountancy practice environment
• Ideally experience of working within Financial Services clients, however this is not essential
• You must be fully qualified (ACCA/ACA/CPA or equivalent), or due to become fully qualified before September 2012
