| Description: | This world leading business services group is looking for an excellent candidate to join their London based Corporate Tax Group as a Global Group Tax Manager.
Reporting to the Tax Director, you will be responsible for providing advice on a full range of tax issues in a defined portfolio of countries. This will compromise of advising on a range of tax efficient structures, the control of compliance tax risk and the identification of planning opportunities.
Key accountabilities include:
* Advise on a range of tax efficient structures;
* Develop tax planning proposals and obtain the approval of the Tax Director for implementation;
* Communicate complex and innovative tax concepts in a business structured manner;
* Advise Legal, Treasury and Country Controllership;
* Support and provide direction to Country Controllership;
* Solicit and manage the input of external professional advisers;
* Support the Global Tax Group in the successful implementation of global initiatives across the international arena; and
* Work with other tax groups to coordinate/harmonise in country tax planning.
Requirements:
ACA/CTA and/or ATT qualified with extensive international tax experience, preferably with a multinational business or Big 4 environment.
You will be a self starter with the ability to work well in a fluid and challenging environment.
