*Review, understand and assess a multinational company's profile, business issues and objectives (organisation, operations, tax & legal structure, etc.)
*Participate in the development of a new strategy that will align functions, risks and intangible assets across jurisdictions and consequently optimise the current business model
Participate in the implementation of the new business model that will generate operational efficiencies and tax savings
*Provide support to that multinational company in documenting the implementation strategy and process
Requirements
More than five years' experience, preferably in international tax or in a management consulting position
*Degree in accounting, economics, business or in law
*Fluent in English and French, good knowledge of German
*Strong IT know-how (MS Office).
*Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and computer skills and keen to work in an international network.
*Interested in corporate tax matters and in the business organisation of multinational groups, and motivated and able to work within a multi-cultural team on international projects.
*This role would suit someone who has strong tax skills & is looking for a position with more commercial responsibilities.
