The company
In-house corporate tax manager role for minimum 6 month cover to support Senior Tax Manager with year end tax accounting.

The role
Preparation of the tax numbers and disclosures for the UK statutory accounts
Assisting with tax provisioning for consolidated group accounts.
Preparing tax disclosures for entity statutory accounts.
Collating information for PAYE Settlement Agreement for submission to HMRC.
Initial preparation of LLP accounts and valuation .
Dealing with HMRC correspondence
Liaising with external Advisors
Reconciling group relief balances.

About you
ACA/ACCA or CTA qualified of equivalent
Solid group corporate tax accounting experience.
Strong technical and communication skills
IT literate, with high level of proficiency in Excel
