This large multinational has a significant presence across the whole of Europe, and as a result of its on-going strategic activity, is now looking for an international tax manager.
You will pursue effective tax planning strategies and transactional structuring to optimise the group’s tax position and mitigate tax risk. Supporting the Tax Director, this is an exclusively advisory role covering a spectrum of international tax technical issues that impact this increasingly complex & geographically-expanding business. For example, you will gain experience of transfer pricing, M&A, group disposals, contract wording & cross-border tax structuring.
The successful candidate does not have to be currently based in the UK and can come from an accountancy firm or ‘in-house’. However, an international tax background is important along with the ability to have worked in a predominantly advisory capacity.
