This independent firm is looking for an ACA/ICAS/CTA qualified mixed tax specialist with an interest in continuing to undertake mixed tax work but with a corporate tax bias. This is an interesting role in a growing team which will provide you with the opportunity to become an all round business adviser.
Your role will be varied and will include both corporate tax and partnership tax compliance work and your advisory portfolio will encompass a variety of technical issues including group restructuring work, capital allowances planning, reward and incentivisation advice, international tax and shareholder planning. Your clients will be predominantly OMB's but will also include a few household names, corporate entities with overseas subsidiaries, partnerships and a small amount of HNW individuals.
You should have a minimum of 3 yearsВ’ mixed tax experience with at least 50% of your time spent doing corporate tax work. You should also have excellent communication skills, be able to take the initiative and be keen to contribute to the growth of the department at an exciting stage in its development.
