As such they have a newly created role for an experienced Manager and 2 Senior Consultants within their reward and remuneration team. This role has particular emphasis on working with Senior Executives/Directors and assisting them in formulating new performance/sales incentive plans. You will be tasked with assisting a broad spectrum of clients with their incentive plans, devising them and consulting on remuneration strategy and tax implications.
Min 3-5 years working with incentive plans is essential. For the Manager role experience in managing a team in a consultancy setting is a must. In return you will have the opportunity to enjoy a challenging role, one which will allow you excellent merit based promotion prospects.
