Senior Accountant

We are looking for an accountant with 2 to 5 years of public practice experience working with owner-managed business clients. We work closely with our clients to understand their expectations and deliver outstanding client service.
The candidate will be responsible for the preparation of complete Notice to Reader and Review Engagement files. The candidate should be comfortable communicating with client staff and other service providers such as CRA, investment brokers and bankers to enable them to obtain the necessary information required to complete the client's bookkeeping, account reconciliations, working papers, financial statements and T2 corporate tax returns. The candidate would report to the client manager and would assist in other client communications and reports as required.
Experience with CaseWare, Jazz-it and Tax Prep (or equivalent) is preferred. A professional designation is not required.
