This Big 4 Firm has an extremely successful and highly regarded Financial Services practice. The Human Capital Team is currently recruiting for a legally qualified senior manager or manager to focus on share scheme advice.
The role
- all aspects of employee share participation, including designing, drafting and implementing the full range of approved and unapproved share plans for public and private companies;
- the design and implementation of other forms of incentivisation arrangements such as cash bonus schemes and "phantom" option schemes;
- the structure and quantum of executive remuneration packages;
- the employee share scheme aspects of corporate transactions;
- corporation tax issues relating to employee share participation; and
- the PAYE / NIC consequences of providing shares to employees
- build and maintain relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
- manage the successful delivery of projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken
The candidate
You will be legally qualified with previous experience of share schemes. Strong technical skills are required as is the ability to draft, review and comment on a large range of documentation relating to employee share schemes.
