Due to a business restructure this market leading services business is seeking a Financial Accountant to provide a high quality service on all country statutory and tax filing to the European Business Units.
Reporting to the Statutory Accounting Manager key tasks will be:
- Working with local auditors and Controllers
- Prepare local GAAP Financial statements for all E&A legal entities
- Prepare tax filings for all E&A entities
- Ensure their timely filing
- Working with the Corporate teams, prepare SOX documentation for each business process
- Undertake testing as scheduled with the Corporate audit team
- Co-ordinate with local Business Unit Controllers on all local external and internal business controls
You must be a Qualified ( ACA / ACCA / CTA ), strong experience in preparing statutory accounts ( IFRS and other US GAAP would be most useful). Strong experience of tax compliance
The successful candidate must be well organised and methodical individual who can ensure all required tasks are performed in a timely manner.
