Are you a Russian speaking legal expert with good corporate tax knowledge? If so then this exciting role with a multi-family office which advises Russian and CIS nationals will be an excellent way to develop yourself and get exposure in international taxation and law. The role is based in London but will involve travelling out to client offices in locations such as Luxembourg.
The role requires a Russian speaking lawyer with strong administrative skills who will be able to provide management in investment, legal, tax and financial advice for a variety of clients. There is an initial project for 3 months which will consist of making your own inventory for all client's companies and projects in various countries and analyse their financial and banking inter-relationships. This will allow successful management of clients on issues such as immigration, buying residential real estate and making sure they have a tax efficient set-up so as to benefit from the resident non-domiciled regime.
Outstandingly efficient administrative expertise and ability to analyse complex legal and corporate documentation is a pre-requisite. Added to this the successful candidate must have a degree in law (it does not have to be UK qualified).
