This large multinational is now looking to bolster its tax department with an experienced manager. Well defined career development role working in a strong high profile team with a Head of Tax who takes an active part in progressing the teams skillset. You will take responsibility for tax compliance and reporting and work closely with the Head of Tax.
Other aspects of the role include:
* Preparation and submission of tax returns
* Managing the group's CFC position
* Preparing responses to HMRC enquiries
* Preparation of relevant tax provisions for statutory accounts purposes
* Preparation and updating of monthly and quarterly group tax schedules
* Preparation of UK quarterly payment on account calculations
Compliance work is heavily systems based and suitable candidates will have extensive spreadsheet exposure. This position offers the right candidate the scope to grow with the role and become involved in project orientated work and international issues. Ideal role for an experienced manager looking for a first move in to commerce.
