VAT Assistant Manager (FS/Insurance) - BIG 4 - London - ВЈ38,000 - ВЈ50,000 base excellent benefits
This BIG 4 accountancy firm with a great reputation in FS Tax are looking to recruit a VAT Assistant Manager to take full responsibility for the VAT compliance process.
Working closely with other experienced indirect tax professionals in an established team, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of the group VAT returns & submission to HMRC
- Ensuring organisational changes and new businesses are reflected accurately in the sectors within the partial exemption special method
- Working closely with HMRC, dealing with visits and actioning assessments
The desired candidate will have a strong understanding of VAT, ideally having worked in a Financial Services/Insurance team. Furthermore you will be educated to degree level and/or ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
