An independent London practice is currently recruiting for a VAT Recoveries Manager.
A growing practice who are in the process of adding talented individuals to a strong team of VAT professionals. As a result they're in need of an experienced individual who has strong exposure to VAT claims submissions and possibly has the benefit of a European language skill.
Ideally my client is looking for a candidate with the strength of technical detail in the following areas;
· Strong understanding of 8th and 13th Directive VAT refund rules and place of supply rules
· Familiarity with VAT claims submissions via portals post 2010 VAT changes
· Familiarity with IT systems;
· People management skills
· Experience gained in a similar managerial role either in a VAT recovery capacity.
